Success

One of my recent job seekers was laid off after 10 years. After revamping his entire resume he pursued both the hidden job market and job postings with reckless abandon..........every week on our call he told me how he called this company or that company. I coached him through not only that process, but through the various interviews he was able to get. It is amazing what a "can do" attitude can do for anyone.

On our last call, two and a half months after we started, he told me with an excited voice about how he'd received a call the day before, offering him a job similar to his last job, but with a slightly better comp package. This was just in time as he literally told me "my savings are gone and I will start getting paid so I can make my mortgage payment".

I can honestly say this was a very satisfying feeling for me as a coach. He thanked me on our last call with a slight crackle in his voice and said he would not have done it without my help.........what a great feeling.
